• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the cookware/dishes needed to whip up game-day meals or family dinners.

• Work & Play: High-speed Wi-Fi handles remote work, streaming, or gaming with ease.

🚫 House Rules & Policies

To ensure a safe and exceptional stay for all our guests, we strictly enforce the following policies:

• Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized visitors.

• Pet Policy: Up to 2 house-trained pets under 40 lbs allowed. Pets must be crated if left alone for more than 2 hours. Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture or bedding, and owners must clean up after them. An excessive pet hair fee of $300 applies if rules are broken.

• Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $250 fee applies for smoke remediation.

🔍 Other Things to Note

• Guest Verification: For the safety of our neighborhood and property, we partner with Truvi, a secure third-party provider. After booking, you will receive a link to verify your identity and electronically sign our standard rental agreement. Your reservation remains pending until this quick 1-minute process is complete.

• Extended Stays: For monthly stays (30+ days), a standard background check and signed Lease Agreement may be required.

• Southern Nature: While our home is meticulously cleaned and professionally maintained, Georgia’s natural climate means that occasional outdoor bugs may find their way inside. We do our absolute best to minimize this, and appreciate your understanding!
