Inside, the main living space is open and airy, with a modern kitchen featuring an island, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Dedicated office space, and loft on the second floor, give you plenty of extra room to work or relax. Outside security cameras for your safety. A front porch and a small backyard area with an outdoor grill for entertaining on warm summer days. Prime location, a safe community with lots of parks, greenery, and walking trails, and easy access to the freeway, grocery stores, hospitals, and local attractions. A public Tennis court and a dog park are only a mile away! A Tesla charger in the garage for your convenience!

Upstairs:
A. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a walk-in closet, an ensuite private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.
B. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
C. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Downstairs:
D. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed, two-night stands, a full-size closet, and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Absolutely no subletting. Rates are subject to change based on the lease agreement/season/length of stay

For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly light cleaning service is mandatory and costs an extra $150. We’ll arrange a convenient time for our housekeepers to come by. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Guests with stays over 30 days must sign a lease agreement.

Electricity and gas usage is capped at $200. Any excess will be billed to you.

Pet fee (non-refundable): $100/pet/month
