Thomas Alfred Keasling (1924–2005) was an American educator and woodshop teacher known for his engaging teaching style. Born on May 14, 1924, in Los Angeles County, California, he was the son of Emmor Keasling and Murna Hoffman. In 1930, he resided in Montebello, Los Angeles, and later in Downey Judicial Township in 1940. He married Loretta Christine Wright in 1947 in Los Angeles. Thomas taught woodshop at Brooklyn Friends School, where he was praised for fostering excitement and trust among students in the woodshop program. ​

Toni Melaas is a multifaceted dance artist, wellness teacher, and the owner of Hatch NYC, a wellness company. Over the past 14 years, she has collaborated with choreographer Faye Driscoll, performing in venues such as New York City’s State Theatre and BAM Harvey. Toni has also worked with various dance companies, including Netta Yerushalmy/Dancing People, Shen Wei Dance Arts, and geraldcaseldance. In addition to her performance career, she is known for her expertise in wellness and stretching techniques.
