STAIRS: Our home is a two-story townhome with all three bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. Please Note: we do have a couple of angled steps to be aware of. See listing photos for reference.

SUPPLIES: We’ll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed.

MONTHLY STAYS during May through September (30 days or longer):

1. Monthly Cleanings: Any reservation of 30 days or longer will include a mid-month cleaning, for each month booked, at an additional discounted cost. The cleaning fee charged at time of booking is for the cleaning after your stay. While we do offer mid-month cleanings, it is expected that you’ll keep our home tidy. Guests will be responsible for washing linens and keeping our home clean on a regular basis. More frequent cleanings may be purchased at a discounted rate.

2. Utilities: Included in monthly stays are utilities including electric, water, internet and Netflix.
